Overview
SiteLane (“we”, “us”) provides construction management and field service software at app.sitelane.com. This draft explains what data we process and why. It must be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company), operational data you enter (clients, projects, estimates, invoices, field job records), authentication metadata via Supabase, payment metadata via Stripe, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, process payments, send operational notifications, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and locale preference (SITELANE_LOCALE). Optional service worker caching may store recently viewed screens for offline field use.
Sub-processors
Primary providers: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (frontend hosting), Hetzner or equivalent VPS (API), and email delivery when configured. Each processes data under their terms and our agreements.
Retention
We retain account and business records while your subscription is active and as required for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Contact us to request deletion subject to applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including LGPD and GDPR), you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of personal data. Contact privacy@sitelane.com to exercise these rights.
