SiteLane provides cloud software for contractors to manage leads, estimates, projects, invoicing, field operations, and related workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for credentials, invited users, and activity under your company workspace. You must provide accurate registration information and keep access credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by law.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload client and employee data into your workspace.
Payments
Paid features, if offered, are billed according to your plan. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe. Fees, taxes, and refund rules will be specified in your order or plan documentation.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. SiteLane does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Construction, tax, and legal decisions remain your responsibility.
Termination
Either party may terminate according to the subscription agreement. Upon termination, access may be revoked and data export or deletion will follow our retention policy and applicable law.
